Dashboard Overview #
When you log in to QuickTest, the first screen you’ll see is the Dashboard. This is your central hub for monitoring test activity and understanding performance trends.
The Dashboard is divided into three main sections:
1. Test Summary by Period #
At the top of the Dashboard, you’ll find options to view test data for three predefined timeframes:
- Today
- This Week
- This Month
For the selected time period, QuickTest displays:
- Total Tests Run
- Successful Tests
- Failed Tests

These values are presented as summary boxes.
To explore detailed results, simply click on any of these boxes. This will take you to the Sprint Details report, filtered according to the selected timeframe and test outcome.
2. Service Monitoring Overview #
The Service Monitoring Overview provides a breakdown of all test executions across different categories:
- Scheduled Tests
- Automated Tests
- Folder Tests

Key features of this section include:
- Search Functionality: Use the search box to quickly locate specific test names or types.
- Last Completed Run: This field shows when each test was last executed.
- Status Indicators:
- A green dot represents a successful test execution.
- A red dot indicates a failure.
- Click on a dot to access the Test History page, where you can view detailed results and logs for that particular execution.
Additionally, you can enable Frequency Visibility to understand how often each sprint is being executed over time.

3. Performance Visualization #
QuickTest provides visual performance insights through two key graphs:
- Performance Graph
Displays the total number of tests run along with counts of successful and failed executions. This helps you monitor reliability and detect trends over time. - Channel-Wise Graph
Shows test performance segmented by communication channel (e.g., Voice, Chat, Email).

This Dashboard is designed to give you quick visibility into your testing activity and system health, while also providing easy access to in-depth reports for further analysis.
For more details on specific reports or test configuration, refer to the relevant sections in this user guide.
