The Custom Dashboard feature enables administrators to build personalized dashboards tailored to specific monitoring and reporting needs. Using configurable widgets, you can display key insights such as test performance, channel-specific metrics, and organizational usage.
Note: This feature is available to Admin users only.
How to Create a Custom Dashboard #
1. Access the Custom Dashboard Menu
- In the left-hand navigation menu, go to Dashboard and select Custom Dashboard.

2. Create a New Dashboard
- Click + Create Dashboard.
- Enter a meaningful name for your dashboard.
3. Add Widgets to Your Dashboard
Select from the following available widgets to include in your dashboard:
- Service Monitoring Overview
Displays the execution status of the last 24 sprints. - Performance Information
Shows the overall status of all test cases. - Channel Information
Provides a breakdown of test case performance by communication channel. - Sub-organization Information
Displays overall usage and test data segmented by SubOrganization.
4. Customize Widget Data
- For each added widget, refine the data by selecting the appropriate checkboxes.
- To remove a widget, click the trash bin icon located in the top-right corner of the widget box.

5. Set as Default Dashboard (Optional)
- To make this dashboard the first view upon logging in, select the Default Dashboard checkbox.
This ensures quick access to your key metrics each time you open QuickTest.
6. Save Your Dashboard
- Once you’ve added and configured your widgets, click Save to apply your settings.
Managing Multiple Dashboards #
You can create multiple custom dashboards by repeating the + Create Dashboard process.
To switch between dashboards:
- Navigate to the Dashboard page.
- Use the Select Dashboard dropdown menu to choose the desired dashboard view.
